On Thursday 17th September, while the Form I Parent’s Information took place, Form One came together to celebrate their entrance to the senior school in the dining hall with a themed disco of ‘SuperHeroes vs. SuperVillians.’ Form I looked very impressive, arriving dressed as convincing super heroes: it was clear a lot of time and effort went into their costumes. There was no doubt that Form I knew how to enjoy themselves: the dance completion was won by Ross McGregor , dressed as Wolverine, while the best dressed superheroes were Hannah Worsley, Captain Underpants, Ewan Conor as batman, Ross Johnson as a Jedi from Star Wars, and Ross McGregor, again, as Wolverine. The evening proved to be a huge success raising £400 for Water Aid, a charity dedicated to providing water and sanitation throughout some of the world’s poorest countries.
