Form VI Chef's Visit

A group of FVI pupils enjoyed a cookery workshop with Craig Wood, owner and chef of “The Wee Restaurant” in North Queensferry.  Craig demonstrated a variety of food preparation techniques and prepared a main course which the pupils were then going to make themselves.   Working in pairs they had to cook their lunch and present it in line with good restaurant standards. As you can see evaluating the final dish was not difficult!
