Form VI Survival Cookery

It is very important that pupils leaving school understand the importance of having a healthy balanced diet especially as most of the pupils at Dollar go on to become students. Pupils taking Home Economics as a module in FVI learn to cook a range of simple and economical dishes. They are taught about safety and hygiene when preparing food and are given helpful hints for shopping wisely on a budget.
