GYMNASTICS AND DANCE DISPLAY, Monday 23rd March
This year's Gymnastics and Dance Display, organised by Mrs Verity Smith, opened to the well known track 'Welcome to the Greatest Show', by Christina Aguilara and, from the first performance, it fully lived up to this title song. Pupils from Prep 5 to Form VI were involved and gave outstanding performances, including individual floorwork, partner and group apparatus sequences, acrogymnastics and Highland, tap, jazz, rock and roll, modern and ballroom dancing displays. Once again, we were pleased to welcome the Spartan's Display Team, who delivered a stunning exhibition of heart-stopping vaults and left the audience in awe at their agility and poise. Congratulations and thanks go to all of the performers, who made this such a stylish and memorable occasion.
