Please download and print out the application form and return it to Mr Lumsden as soon as possible.

 

A cheque for the deposit of £70 should also be included with the tour member's name and form class written on the back.

 

Completion and return of the form does not constitute a contract on our part to provide a place on the tour - it is merely an application for a place. The tour organisers will allocate places in a manner that will give the tour a good balance in numbers relating to factors such as gender, ability and year group. If there are too many applications, it is regretted that some pupils will be disappointed but we are strictly limited to a maximum of 104 pupils.

 

In the event of unsuccessful applications, the cheque will be returned and the applicant placed on the reserve list.
